The phrase Thus says Yahweh introduces a direct quotation. In your translation, use a natural way of introducing direct quotations in your language.

לִ⁠מְשִׁיח⁠וֹ֮ לְ⁠כ֣וֹרֶשׁ

to,his_of,anointed to/for=Kōresh/(Coresh/Cyrus)

Isaiah is not distinguishing this anointed from another anointed one that is not Cyrus. He is reminding the reader that Yahweh’s anointed one is Cyrus. Be sure that this is clear in your translation. Alternate translation: [to his anointed one, Cyrus]

אֲשֶׁר הֶחֱזַ֣קְתִּי בִֽ⁠ימִינ֗⁠וֹ

Here Yahweh is speaking of choosing and empowering Cyrus as if he had taken hold of his right hand. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [whom I have chosen and empowered]

לְ⁠רַד־לְ⁠פָנָי⁠ו֙ גּוֹיִ֔ם וּ⁠מָתְנֵ֥י מְלָכִ֖ים אֲפַתֵּ֑חַ לִ⁠פְתֹּ֤חַ לְ⁠פָנָי⁠ו֙ דְּלָתַ֔יִם וּ⁠שְׁעָרִ֖ים לֹ֥א יִסָּגֵֽרוּ

to,subdue before,,him nations and_[the],loins_of kings untie/release to,open before,,him doors and,gates not shut

Here, the phrases to subdue nations to his face and to open doors to his face mark those actions as the purpose for which Yahweh has grasped Cyrus’s right hand. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that this is the purpose.

Here, his face represents Cyrus himself, in the sense of being in his presence or before him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [to subdue nations before him]
