Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis
קִצַּ֨ץ & אֶת־דַּלְת֨וֹת הֵיכַ֤ל יְהוָה֙ וְאֶת־הָאֹ֣מְנ֔וֹת
(Some words not found in UHB: at,time (the),that stripped Ḩizqiyyāh DOM doors_of temple_of YHWH and=DOM the,door-posts which/who overlaid Ḩizqiyyāh king Yehuda and,he,gave_them to,the_king_of ʼAshshūr )
The author is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [cut off the gold from the doors of the temple of Yahweh and the doorposts]
Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns
אֲשֶׁ֣ר צִפָּ֔ה חִזְקִיָּ֖ה מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: at,time (the),that stripped Ḩizqiyyāh DOM doors_of temple_of YHWH and=DOM the,door-posts which/who overlaid Ḩizqiyyāh king Yehuda and,he,gave_them to,the_king_of ʼAshshūr )
Since the author has already used Hezekiah’s name earlier in this sentence, it may be more natural in your language to use a pronoun here. Alternate translation: [that he had overlaid]
Note 3 topic: writing-pronouns
וַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖ם
(Some words not found in UHB: at,time (the),that stripped Ḩizqiyyāh DOM doors_of temple_of YHWH and=DOM the,door-posts which/who overlaid Ḩizqiyyāh king Yehuda and,he,gave_them to,the_king_of ʼAshshūr )
The pronoun them refers to the gold that Hezekiah cut off from the doors and doorposts of the temple. In some languages it may be more natural to use a singular pronoun to represent this gold, particularly if it might otherwise seem that Hezekiah sent the doors and doorposts to the king of Assyria. Alternate translation: [and he gave it]

OET (OET-RV) He cut the doors off Yahweh’s temple and the pillars that he’d overlaid gold onto, and gave them to the Assyrian king.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
