OET (OET-LV)Everyone which sending_away the wife of_him and marrying another, is_committing_adultery, and every the one marrying having_been_sent_away from a_husband, is_committing_adultery.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

πᾶς ὁ ἀπολύων τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ

every the_‹one› (Some words not found in SR-GNT: Πᾶς ὁ ἀπολύων τήν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ καί γαμῶν ἑτέραν μοιχεύει καί πᾶς ὁ ἀπολελυμένην ἀπό ἀνδρός γαμῶν μοιχεύει)

Here Jesus is implicitly giving an example of something in the law that is still valid. Jesus assumes that his listeners will know that the Pharisees allowed divorce, and he is teaching that they should not do that. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could indicate this explicitly. Alternate translation: [For example, you Pharisees allow divorce. But that is not what God wants. Anyone who divorces his wife]

πᾶς ὁ ἀπολύων τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ

every the_‹one› (Some words not found in SR-GNT: Πᾶς ὁ ἀπολύων τήν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ καί γαμῶν ἑτέραν μοιχεύει καί πᾶς ὁ ἀπολελυμένην ἀπό ἀνδρός γαμῶν μοιχεύει)

Alternate translation: [Anyone who divorces his wife] or [Any man who divorces his wife]

μοιχεύει

˓is˒_committing_adultery

Alternate translation: [is guilty of adultery]

(Occurrence 2) ὁ & γαμῶν

the_‹one› & marrying

Alternate translation: [any man who marries]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

ὁ ἀπολελυμένην ἀπὸ ἀνδρὸς γαμῶν

¬which the_‹one› ˓having_been˒_sent_away (Some words not found in SR-GNT: Πᾶς ὁ ἀπολύων τήν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ καί γαμῶν ἑτέραν μοιχεύει καί πᾶς ὁ ἀπολελυμένην ἀπό ἀνδρός γαμῶν μοιχεύει)

If it would be helpful in your language, you could express this with an active form. Alternate translation: [a woman whose husband has divorced her]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

16:18 This example fit the context by showing that Jesus’ authoritative words interpreted and fulfilled the Old Testament law.
• a man who divorces his wife and marries someone else commits adultery: The Old Testament allowed for divorce but did not sanction it (Deut 24:1-4), and the rabbis of Jesus’ day debated what constituted legitimate grounds. The school of Shammai allowed a man to divorce his wife only because of unfaithfulness, while the school of Hillel allowed divorce for almost any reason. Against such a casual attitude, Jesus said that breaking the marriage vow by divorce and marrying someone else was equivalent to adultery. Elsewhere (Matt 5:32; 19:9), Jesus provided a clear exception for cases of unfaithfulness.
