OET (OET-LV)and thus all Israaʸl/(Yisrāʼēl) will_be_being_saved, as it_has_been_written:
Will_be_coming out_of Siōn/(Tsiyyōn) the one rescuing, he_will_be_turning_away ungodliness from Yakōb/(Yaˊₐqoⱱ).

OET (OET-RV)and then all the Jews will be saved as it’s been written:
⇔ ‘The rescuer will be coming out of Tsiyyon/Zion.
⇔ He will drive ungodliness away from Yacob.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

καὶ οὕτως

and thus

Here, thus indicates that all Israel will be saved in the same manner as “the fullness of the Gentiles,” as mentioned in the previous verse. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this explicitly. Alternate translation: [and in the same manner]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

πᾶς Ἰσραὴλ σωθήσεται

all Israel /will_be_being/_saved

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [God will save all Israel]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

Ἰσραὴλ

Israel

See how you translated Israel in 10:19.

Note 4 topic: writing-quotations

καθὼς γέγραπται

as ˱it˲_/has_been/_written

See how you translated this phrase in 1:17.

Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

καθὼς γέγραπται

as ˱it˲_/has_been/_written

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Since Paul is referring to something Isaiah wrote (Isaiah 59:20–21 and 27:9), you could indicate Isaiah as the subject. Alternate translation: [just as Isaiah wrote]

Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / quotemarks

ἥξει ἐκ Σιὼν ὁ ῥυόμενος, ἀποστρέψει ἀσεβείας ἀπὸ Ἰακώβ

/will_be/_coming out_of Zion the_‹one› rescuing ˱he˲_/will_be/_turning_away ungodliness from Jacob

This sentence is a quotation of Isaiah 59:20–21. It may be helpful to your readers to indicate this with quotation marks or with whatever other punctuation or convention your language uses to indicate a quotation.

Note 7 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

Σιὼν

Zion

See how you translated Zion in 9:33.

Note 8 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

ἀποστρέψει ἀσεβείας

˱he˲_/will_be/_turning_away ungodliness

Paul quotes Isaiah speaking of ungodly things as if they were an object that someone could turn away. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [He will cause ungodly activity to stop]

Note 9 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

Ἰακώβ

Jacob

Here, Jacob refers to the descendants of Jacob, who are also called Israelites. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the Israelites] or [the descendants of Jacob]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

11:26-27 The phrase all Israel could refer to the total of all believers, both Jewish and Gentile; with this meaning, and so would describe the way that God works to bring salvation to all his people. Alternatively, all Israel could refer to the total of all Jews destined to believe throughout the Christian era, or to a significant number of Jews who turn to Christ in the last days. With the last meaning, and so would have a sequential meaning—after the full number of Gentiles comes to Christ, then the full number of Jews will be saved. It does not mean all Jewish people (see 2:17-29)
• In the Old Testament, The one who rescues is the Lord. Paul almost surely is referring to Jesus Christ (see 1 Thes 1:10).
• from Jerusalem: The Hebrew text of Isa 59:20 says that the redeemer will come to Jerusalem. Paul might have changed the wording to represent Jesus’ first coming from among the people of Israel or to speak of the second coming when Jesus will return from the heavenly Jerusalem (see Heb 12:22).
