The woman is repeating forms of the verb die in order to intensify her expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [For we will certainly die]

The expressions water spilled and is not gathered are passive verbal forms. If your language would not use those forms, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and we will die like water that someone has spilled on the ground that no one can gather up]

Here, the woman is speaking as if God had actually banished some people. She is referring to the way God works to restore people who have alienated themselves from him through sin and rebellion. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. Alternate translation: [to bring people back who have gone away from him]
