OET (OET-LV) and_he/it_said the_king the_one_who_speaks to_you and_you_will_bring_him to_me and_not he_will_repeat again to_touch on/over_you(fs).
OET (OET-RV) “Anyone who speaks against you,” said the king, “bring them to me, and then they won’t trouble you any more.”

הַֽמְדַבֵּ֤ר אֵלַ֨יִךְ֙ וַֽהֲבֵאת֣וֹ אֵלַ֔י
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said the=king the_[one,who]_speaks to,you and,you,will_bring_him to=me and=not he_will_repeat again/more to,touch on/over=you(fs) )
The king is actually describing a possible condition. He is telling the woman that if anyone speaks to her about this matter, then she should bring that person to him. Express this possible condition in a way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [If anyone speaks to you about this again, then bring him to me]

וְלֹֽא־יֹסִ֥יף ע֖וֹד לָגַ֥עַת בָּֽךְ
and=not he_will_repeat again/more to,touch (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said the=king the_[one,who]_speaks to,you and,you,will_bring_him to=me and=not he_will_repeat again/more to,touch on/over=you(fs) )
It might seem that the expression he will not continue to touch you further contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you could shorten it. Alternate translation: [and he will not continue to touch you] or [and he will not touch you further]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
וְלֹֽא־יֹסִ֥יף ע֖וֹד לָגַ֥עַת בָּֽךְ
and=not he_will_repeat again/more to,touch (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said the=king the_[one,who]_speaks to,you and,you,will_bring_him to=me and=not he_will_repeat again/more to,touch on/over=you(fs) )
The king is using he will not continue to touch you further as a common expression of his culture to mean “he will not do any further harm to you.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and he will not do any further harm to you]
OET (OET-LV) and_he/it_said the_king the_one_who_speaks to_you and_you_will_bring_him to_me and_not he_will_repeat again to_touch on/over_you(fs).
OET (OET-RV) “Anyone who speaks against you,” said the king, “bring them to me, and then they won’t trouble you any more.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
