BrTrThey that encamp before the tabernacle of witness on the east shall be Moses and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charges of the sanctuary according to the charges of the children of Israel; and the stranger that touches them, shall die.

ULTAnd the ones camping before the face of the dwelling to the east, before the face of the tent of meeting toward the sunrise, were to be Moses and Aaron and his sons, the keepers of the keeping of the holy place, according to the keeping of the sons of Israel. And the stranger who comes near shall be put to death.

USTMoses, Aaron, and his descendant would camp in front of the sacred tent on its eastern border, in front of the sacred tent toward the direction of the sunrise. They managed everything in the Holy Place. In this way, they would protect the Israelites. If a person who is not an Israelite approaches the sacred tent, he should die.
