In this verse, Paul is giving the reason why he is not responsible for any spiritual punishment the people in Ephesus might receive. To put the reason before the result, you could create a verse bridge for [verses 26–27](../20/26.md). It might say something like this: “I did not hold back from declaring all the counsel of God to you. Therefore I testify to you this very day that I am innocent of the blood of all of you.”

οὐ γὰρ ὑπεστειλάμην τοῦ μὴ ἀναγγεῖλαι & ὑμῖν

If it would be clearer in your language, you could use a positive expression to translate this double negative that consists of the negative particle not and the negative verb hold back. Alternate translation: [For I forthrightly declared to you]

Paul says all here as a generalization for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [everything that you needed to know in order to be saved]
