Paul is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. If your language does not use an abstract noun for the ideas of repentance and faith, you could express the same ideas in another way. Alternate translation: [about the need to repent towards God and believe in our Lord Jesus]

Paul is using the pronoun our to refer to himself and his listeners, so use the inclusive form of that word if your language marks that distinction.
