OET (OET-LV)I have_known that after the departure of_me heavy wolves will_be_coming_in among you_all, not sparing from_the flock,

OET (OET-RV) I’m aware that after I leave, vicious wolves will come in amongst you and trying to steal the flock.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

εἰσελεύσονται & λύκοι βαρεῖς εἰς ὑμᾶς, μὴ φειδόμενοι τοῦ ποιμνίου

/will_be/_coming_in & wolves heavy among you_all not sparing ˱from˲_the flock

Paul is continuing to speak as if the believers were a flock of sheep and as if the false teachers he describes in the next verse are vicious wolves. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “false teachers will come to your group of believers and they will harm many of you”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

20:18-38 Paul’s address to the elders of the church of Ephesus is a testimony regarding his life and ministry in Ephesus, calling for similar dedication from the leaders who would carry on the ministry. The sermon highlights Paul’s integrity and pastoral care (20:18-21, 26, 31), speaks about the future (20:22-23, 25, 29-30), warns against false teachers (20:29-30), and exhorts the elders to be watchful and faithful (20:28, 31). Paul modeled sacrificial, conscientious, servant leadership.
