Moses is making comparisons between his teaching and various forms of water. The point of this comparison is that just as rain and dew are gentle and life-giving for plants, so is Moses’ teaching for the people. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [Let my teaching be gentle and life-giving like rain, my words refreshing like dew, like gentle rain sprinkling on the green plants, and like showers that help the grass grow]

Here Moses is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [let my saying mist like dew, let my teaching be like sprinkling on the green plants, and let my saying be like downpours on the grass]
