Yahweh is using a fire flares in my nose as a common expression of the culture to mean “my anger is very intense.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I am extremely angry]

וַ⁠תִּיקַ֖ד עַד־שְׁא֣וֹל תַּחְתִּ֑ית וַ⁠תֹּ֤אכַל אֶ֨רֶץ֙ וִֽ⁠יבֻלָ֔⁠הּ וַ⁠תְּלַהֵ֖ט מוֹסְדֵ֥י הָרִֽים

Yahweh says burns to the lowest Sheol, and devours the earth and its yield, and scorches the foundations of the mountains as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [burns with complete destruction and consumes everything thoroughly]
