Here Moses is using the question form to emphasize how amazing it is that the Israelites heard Yahweh speak from the fire in [Exodus 19-20](Exo/19/01.md). If it would be helpful in your language, you could express this question as a statement. Alternate translation: [No other people has heard the voice of God speaking from the midst of the fire, as you have heard, and lived.]

Here, voice represents Yahweh in the act of speaking. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [God himself]

שָׁמַ֥עְתָּ אַתָּ֖ה

In the original, Moses adds the pronoun yourself, the meaning of which is already included in the verb translated as you have heard. This adds emphasis to what he is saying. If your language uses explicit pronouns for emphasis, you may want to use that construction in your translation. Other languages may have other ways of bringing out this emphasis. The ULT does so by using the intensive pronoun yourself. Alternate translation: [you indeed have heard]
