וְהַמֶּ֥לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה בָּר֑וּךְ
(Some words not found in UHB: and, the, king Shəlomoh/(Solomon) blessed and,the_throne_of Dāvid will_belong established to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH until ever )
In making a solemn royal pronouncement to Shimei, Solomon is speaking of himself regally in the third person. Your language may have a regal form that it could use here. (For example, in some languages, kings and queens speak of themselves in the plural.) You could also use the first person. Alternate translation: [But I, King Solomon, will be blessed]

The expression will be blessed is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [But Yahweh will bless King Solomon] or [But Yahweh will bless me, King Solomon]

וְכִסֵּ֣א דָוִ֗ד יִהְיֶ֥ה נָכ֛וֹן לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and, the, king Shəlomoh/(Solomon) blessed and,the_throne_of Dāvid will_belong established to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH until ever )
The expression will be established is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and Yahweh will establish the throne of David to his face]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וְכִסֵּ֣א דָוִ֗ד
(Some words not found in UHB: and, the, king Shəlomoh/(Solomon) blessed and,the_throne_of Dāvid will_belong established to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH until ever )
See how you translated the similar expression in [1:48](../01/48.md). Alternate translation: [and the dynasty of David]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH
Here, the face of Yahweh represents his presence. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [in the presence of Yahweh]
OET (OET-LV) And_the_king Shəlomoh will_be_blessed and_the_throne_of Dāvid it_will_be established to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH until perpetuity.
OET (OET-RV) But despite what you yelled out, Yahweh will bless me as king, and David’s throne will be established forever in front of Yahweh.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
