OET (OET-LV)But they having_neglected went_away, on_one_hand that one to his own field, on_the_other_hand that one to the business of_him.

OET (OET-RV)But they ignored the message and went their various ways—one went off to his field to work and another went into his business.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-logic-contrast

δὲ

but

Here, the word But introduces what those people did in contrast to what the king asked them to do. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a word or phrase that introduces this kind of contrast, or you could leave But untranslated. Alternate translation: “Despite that,”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

ἀπῆλθον, ὃς μὲν εἰς τὸν ἴδιον ἀγρόν, ὃς δὲ ἐπὶ τὴν ἐμπορίαν αὐτοῦ

went_away that_‹one› on_one_hand to his own field that_‹one› on_the_other_hand to the business ˱of˲_him

Here Jesus gives examples of what some of the people did instead of attending the wedding feast. He does not mean that there were only two people who were invited. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make that idea more explicit. Alternate translation: “went away to do other things, like taking care of fields or businesses”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / gendernotations

τὸν ἴδιον & αὐτοῦ

his own & ˱of˲_him

Although the terms his and his are masculine, Jesus is using the words in a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a phrase that makes this clear. Alternate translation: “to his or her own … his or her”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

22:1-14 In this parable, Israel, having repeatedly rejected God’s word in the past, rejects the Messiah and is judged as a result. In Israel’s place, God raised up the church (16:17-19; 21:43), of which righteousness is also expected (Rom 11:11-24).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
