Moses uses a repetitive series of clauses describing the various types of bounty Yahweh will bless them with that starts here and goes to the middle of verse 16 to communicate that what he is saying should be understood as comprehensive and overwhelming. Use a form in your language that someone would use to describe a situation that is comprehensive and overwhelming.
