uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

בָּר֥וּךְ מִבָּנִ֖ים אָשֵׁ֑ר

(Some words not found in UHB: and,of,Asher he/it_had_said blessed more,than_[the]_sons ʼĀshēr let_it_be favourite_of his_brothers_of,his and,[one_who]_dips in,oil foot_of,his )

The phrase Blessed among sons is Asher could mean: (1) a hope that Asher is more blessed than his brother (tribes). Alternate translation: [May Asher be more blessed than the other tribes] or (2) a hope that Asher’s sons bless the tribe more than the sons of other tribes. Alternate translation: [May Asher’s sons bless them more than other people are blessed by their sons.]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / hyperbole

וְטֹבֵ֥ל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן רַגְלֽוֹ

and,[one_who]_dips (Some words not found in UHB: and,of,Asher he/it_had_said blessed more,than_[the]_sons ʼĀshēr let_it_be favourite_of his_brothers_of,his and,[one_who]_dips in,oil foot_of,his )

Moses says bathe in oil his foot as an overstatement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [have olive oil in great abundance]
