Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
הַר
mountain
The implication is that the tribes of Zebulun and Issachar will call the people to come to the mountain to worship Yahweh. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [to come to the mountain to worship Yahweh]
Note 2 topic: writing-poetry
יִזְבְּח֣וּ זִבְחֵי־צֶ֑דֶק
(Some words not found in UHB: peoples mountain summon there offer sacrifices_of righteousness that/for/because/then/when abundance_of seas suck and,hidden_[things]_of treasures_of sand )
Moses is using a construction, sacrifice sacrifices, in which a verb and its object come from the same root for emphasis. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this. Alternate translation: [they will offer righteous sacrifices] or [they will present proper sacrifices]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
זִבְחֵי־צֶ֑דֶק
sacrifices_of righteousness
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of righteousness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [sacrifices that are right] or [righteous sacrifices]
כִּ֣י שֶׁ֤פַע יַמִּים֙ יִינָ֔קוּ
(Some words not found in UHB: peoples mountain summon there offer sacrifices_of righteousness that/for/because/then/when abundance_of seas suck and,hidden_[things]_of treasures_of sand )
The phrase the abundance of the seas they suckle could mean: (1) They get food for themselves and to sell from fishing. Alternate translation: [they will gain wealth by fishing in the sea] or (2) They get wealth by being traders going across the sea to other lands. Alternate translation: [they will gain wealth by trading across the sea]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
יִינָ֔קוּ
suck
Moses is speaking of the tribes of Zebulun and Issachar obtaining wealth from the sea as if they were infants who suckle milk from their mothers. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent metaphor from your culture. Alternatively, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [they draw out] or [they obtain]
וּשְׂפוּנֵ֖י טְמ֥וּנֵי חֽוֹל
(Some words not found in UHB: peoples mountain summon there offer sacrifices_of righteousness that/for/because/then/when abundance_of seas suck and,hidden_[things]_of treasures_of sand )
The phrase treasures hidden in the sand could mean: (1) They will produce things to sell from the sand (like glass). Alternate translation: [and making valuable things from the sand] or (2) They will find things washed up on shore or buried in the sand that are valuable (like from wrecked ships). Alternate translation: [and finding valuable things in the sand]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
