Here the masculine term a man has a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use language in your translation that is clearly inclusive of both men and women. Alternate translation: [each person]

יִמְאָס֗וּ⁠ן אִ֚ישׁ אֱלִילֵ֣י כַסְפּ֔⁠וֹ

The phrase a man clarifies how the plural subject they will carry out the action: each individual person will reject his own idols. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [each one will reject the idols of his silver]
