Jesus is using the question form to rebuke the disciples. If you would not use the question form for this purpose in your language, you could translate this as a statement or an exclamation. Do not reason among yourselves that you do not have loaves!] or [You of little faith, it is wrong for you to be reasoning among yourselves that you do not have loaves.]
