OET (OET-LV) And_ Dāvid _he_answered and_he/it_said to ʼAḩīmelek the_Hittite and_near/to ʼAⱱīshay the_son_of Tsərūyāh/(Zeruiah) the_brother_of Yōʼāⱱ/(Joab) to_say who will_he_go_down with_me to Shāʼūl/(Saul) into the_camp and_ ʼAⱱīshay _he/it_said I I_will_go_down with_you.
OET (OET-RV) David spoke to Ahimelek (the Hittite) and to Abishai (son of Yoab’s brother Tseruiah) asking, “Who’ll go into the camp with me to Sha’ul?”
¶ Abishai answered, “I will. I’ll go with you.”
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וַיַּ֨עַן דָּוִ֜ד וַיֹּ֣אמֶר
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_answered Dāvid and=he/it_said to/towards ʼAḩīmelek the,Hittite and=near/to ʼAⱱīshay son_of Tsərūyāh/(Zeruiah) brother_of Yōʼāⱱ/(Joab)'s to=say who? go_down with,me to/towards Shāʼūl/(Saul) to/towards the,camp and=he/it_said ʼAⱱīshay I go_down with,you )
Here the author is using answered to express that David was responding to seeing Saul asleep in the camp. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [And in response to what he had seen, David said]
Note 2 topic: writing-quotations
וַיַּ֨עַן דָּוִ֜ד וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ׀ אֶל־אֲחִימֶ֣לֶךְ
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_answered Dāvid and=he/it_said to/towards ʼAḩīmelek the,Hittite and=near/to ʼAⱱīshay son_of Tsərūyāh/(Zeruiah) brother_of Yōʼāⱱ/(Joab)'s to=say who? go_down with,me to/towards Shāʼūl/(Saul) to/towards the,camp and=he/it_said ʼAⱱīshay I go_down with,you )
The expression and said introduces a direct quotation. In your translation, use a natural way of introducing direct quotations in your language. It may not be necessary to represent this expression explicitly. Alternate translation: [And David answered Ahimelech]
Note 3 topic: translate-names
צְרוּיָ֜ה
Tsərū\sup_yāh/(Zeruiah)
The word Zeruiah is the name of a woman. She was David’s older sister. (So the author is identifying Abishai, not Zeruiah, as the brother of Joab.)
Note 4 topic: writing-pronouns
אֲנִ֖י אֵרֵ֥ד עִמָּֽךְ
I go_down (Some words not found in UHB: and,he_answered Dāvid and=he/it_said to/towards ʼAḩīmelek the,Hittite and=near/to ʼAⱱīshay son_of Tsərūyāh/(Zeruiah) brother_of Yōʼāⱱ/(Joab)'s to=say who? go_down with,me to/towards Shāʼūl/(Saul) to/towards the,camp and=he/it_said ʼAⱱīshay I go_down with,you )
Abishai is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb translated as I will go down already includes this meaning. He is doing that because he is emphasizing his agreement to accompany David down to Saul’s camp. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [I agree to go down with you]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
