מִ֤י בָ⁠כֶם֙ יְרֵ֣א יְהוָ֔ה שֹׁמֵ֖עַ בְּ⁠ק֣וֹל עַבְדּ֑⁠וֹ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָלַ֣ךְ חֲשֵׁכִ֗ים וְ⁠אֵ֥ין נֹ֨גַהּ֙ ל֔⁠וֹ

who? among,you(pl) fears_of YHWH obeys to,the_voice_of his_servant_of,his which/who walks darkness and,there_[was]_not light to=him/it

Isaiah is using the question form to identify and address those among the people who fear Yahweh. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [There are those among you who fear Yahweh, who hear the voice of his servant, yet walk in darknesses and have no brightness.]

Isaiah is not referring to a specific person here. He is referring to anyone at all who fears Yahweh. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Whoever among you fears Yahweh]

Here, the voice of his servant represents “what Yahweh’s servant says.” If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [hearing what his servant says]

Here Isaiah is speaking of living through a time of trouble and confusion as if a person walks in darknesses. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who goes through times of trouble and confusion]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of brightness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and does not have the light of understanding]

trust in/on=name_of YHWH

The word translated as Let him trust in the name of Yahweh is an imperative, but it communicates a condition rather than a command. If the imperative does not communicate a condition for your readers, then use a form in your language that communicates a condition. Alternate translation: [Then he should trust in the name of Yahweh and support himself on his God]
