The servant is using I gave my back to the ones striking as a common expression of the culture to mean “that he did not resist those who beat him.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I offered my back to the ones striking]

לְ⁠מַכִּ֔ים

to,[those_who]_struck_[me]

Isaiah is using the adjective the ones striking as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [to those who were striking me]

וּ⁠לְחָיַ֖⁠י לְ⁠מֹֽרְטִ֑ים

and,cheeks_of,my to,[those_who]_made_[them]_bare

Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [and I gave my cheeks to the ones plucking]

פָּנַ⁠י֙ לֹ֣א הִסְתַּ֔רְתִּי

face_of,my not hide

Here, my face represents Isaiah himself and his readiness to face others, so to hide his face would mean to turn away and avoid his attackers. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [I did not turn away]

מִ⁠כְּלִמּ֖וֹת וָ⁠רֹֽק

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of disgraces, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [from those who shamed me and spat on me]
