חֳלָיֵ֨⁠נוּ֙ & נָשָׂ֔א וּ⁠מַכְאֹבֵ֖י⁠נוּ סְבָלָ֑⁠ם

Here Isaiah is speaking as if our griefs and our sorrows were a heavy responsibility that the servant bore and carried. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [he took our griefs upon himself, and he took our sorrows upon himself]

ה֣וּא נָשָׂ֔א

he/it bore

Isaiah is stating the pronoun he separately, even though the verb translated as he bore already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize who it was who bore our griefs. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [it was he, the man I am describing, who bore]

וַ⁠אֲנַ֣חְנוּ חֲשַׁבְנֻ֔⁠הוּ

and,we we,considered_him

Isaiah is stating the pronoun we separately, even though the verb translated as we esteemed already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that the role of the people of Israel. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [But we, the people of Israel, esteemed him]

נָג֛וּעַ מֻכֵּ֥ה אֱלֹהִ֖ים וּ⁠מְעֻנֶּֽה

stricken struck_down_of ʼElohīm and,afflicted

The words stricken, struck of God, and afflicted are passive verbal forms. If it would be unnatural to use those forms, you could express the ideas in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [as one whom God was striking, whom God was hitting, and whom God was afflicting]
