The phrase coercion and judgment expresses a single idea. The word coercion tells more about judgment, indicating that it was an oppressive and unjust judgment. If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this meaning in a different way. Alternate translation: [By an oppressive judgment] or [By an unjust trial]
