וְ⁠הוּא֙ מְחֹלָ֣ל מִ⁠פְּשָׁעֵ֔⁠נוּ מְדֻכָּ֖א מֵ⁠עֲוֺנֹתֵ֑י⁠נוּ מוּסַ֤ר שְׁלוֹמֵ֨⁠נוּ֙ עָלָ֔י⁠ו וּ⁠בַ⁠חֲבֻרָת֖⁠וֹ נִרְפָּא לָֽ⁠נוּ

and=he pierced from,transgressions_of,our crushed from,iniquities_of,our punishment_of our_peace_of,our on/upon/above=him/it and,by,wound[s]_of,his healed to/for=us

These two clauses mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [But he was severely wounded because of all our sins. The discipline of our peace was on him, and by his wounds it is healed for us]

and=he pierced

The expression was pierced is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [But he endured piercing]

from,transgressions_of,our

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of transgressions, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [for the wrong things we did]

The expression crushed is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [God crushed him]

מֵ⁠עֲוֺנֹתֵ֑י⁠נוּ

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of iniquities, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [because we acted wickedly]

מוּסַ֤ר שְׁלוֹמֵ֨⁠נוּ֙

punishment_of our_peace_of,our

Isaiah is using the possessive form to describe a discipline that brings about our peace. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [The discipline that brings us peace]

Here Isaiah is speaking of the restoration that the servant brings about as if it were physical healing that comes by his wounds. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and because of his wounds, we are restored]
