OET (OET-LV) And_said to/for_you_all I [am]_YHWH god_your_all’s not you_all_must_fear DOM the_gods the_Emori whom you_all [are]_dwelling in/on/at/with_land_them and_not you_all_have_listened in/on/at/with_voice_me.
OET (OET-RV) I told you all that I’m your God Yahweh and that when you live in the Amorite regions, you all mustn’t worship their gods. But you didn’t listen to what I said.’ ”

and,said, to/for=you_all I YHWH God,your_all's not fear DOM gods the=Emori which/who you_all live in/on/at/with,land,them and=not listened in/on/at/with,voice,me
If you began translating this in the previous verse in such a way that there would not be a quotation within a quotation, you can continue to do that here. Alternate translation: “He says that he told you that he was Yahweh your God and that you were not to fear the gods of the Amorite when you were dwelling in their land, but you have not heard his voice.”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וְלֹ֥א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם בְּקוֹלִֽי
and=not listened in/on/at/with,voice,me
See how you translated the same expression in 2:2. Alternate translation: “But you have not obeyed my voice”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וְלֹ֥א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם בְּקוֹלִֽי
and=not listened in/on/at/with,voice,me
Yahweh is using the term voice by association to mean what he used his voice to command them to do. Alternate translation: “But you have not obeyed what I commanded you”
6:8-10 This unnamed prophet and Deborah are the only prophets to appear in Judges. This prophet rebuked Israel’s apostasy in language familiar from Deuteronomy onward.
But you didn’t listen to what I said.’ ”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
