Since Gideon has already done a test with the fleece once, by only this time he means, in both instances, “just one more time.” You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: “just one more time … just one more time”

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of dryness, you could express the same idea in another way. See how you translated the similar expression in 6:37. Alternate translation: “may only the fleece be dry”
