OET (OET-LV)And_he/it_was so and_he_rose_early from_the_next_day and_he_squeezed_out DOM the_fleece and_he_drained dew from the_fleece the_fullness_of the_bowl water.

OET (OET-RV)And that’s what happened—he rose early the next morning and squeezed the fleece and wrung out a bowl full of water from the dew.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

וַיִּ֤מֶץ טַל֙ מִן־הַגִּזָּ֔ה מְל֥וֹא הַסֵּ֖פֶל מָֽיִם

and,he_drained dew from/more_than the,fleece fill_of of,the_bowl water

The author is leaving some information implicit that he assumes readers will understand. While the fleece was soaked with dew, the ground all around it remained dry. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. The UST models one way to do this.

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

6:36-40 The fleece incident was not a confirmation of God’s intention to use Gideon (which had already been established, 6:17-24), but God’s indulgence in responding to the reluctant hero’s uncertainty.
