וַ⁠יַּשְׁכֵּם֙ מִֽ⁠מָּחֳרָ֔ת

and,rose_early in,next_morning

While the expression arose early can refer to the first thing a person does at the start of a day, in this context it seems to have a more literal meaning. The author seems to be saying that Gideon got up as soon as it was light enough for him to see clearly whether the fleece was wet. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “Gideon got up as soon as it was light”

The author is leaving some information implicit that he assumes readers will understand. While the fleece was soaked with dew, the ground all around it remained dry. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. The UST models one way to do this.
