5.3 And maledixi pulchritudini his. IDEM. For emphasis, Eliphaz is stating the pronoun I, whose meaning is already present in the verb translated have seen. If your language can state implied pronouns explicitly for emphasis, you may want to use that construction here. Other languages may have other ways of expressing this emphasis. The ULT does so by saying I myself. Alternate translation: “I have indeed seen”

Job is using the adjective foolish as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this word with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: “a foolish person”
