BrTrAnd Saul lifted up his spear against Jonathan to slay him: so Jonathan knew that this evil was determined on by his father to slay David.

ULTAnd Saul hurled the spear at him to strike him. And Jonathan knew that it had completed from with his father to kill David.

USTThen Saul became so angry that he threw his spear at Jonathan to try to kill him. But the spear did not hit him. So Jonathan knew that his father really did want to kill David.
