OET (OET-LV)And_do for_ʼAhₐron and_to_sons_his thus according_to_all that I_have_commanded DOM_you seven days you_will_fill hand_of_them.

OET (OET-RV)So that’s what you must do for Aharon and his sons, just like I’ve commanded you. You’ll consecrate them for seven days,

uW Translation Notes:

כָּ֔כָה

this_is_what

Here, thus means “like this” and, as the next verses make clear, refers to the sacrificial ceremony outlined in this chapter which they must repeat seven times.

Note 1 topic: translate-numbers

שִׁבְעַ֥ת

seven

Alternate translation: “7”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

תְּמַלֵּ֥א יָדָֽם

you_ordain hand_of,them

This seems to be an idiom for giving authority to someone. See how you translated this in Exodus 28:41. Alternate translation: “you shall ordain them”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

29:1-37 Moses was required to consecrate (or sanctify) Aaron and his sons to serve the Lord. This emphasis on making the priests holy is found throughout the ceremonies (29:6, 21, 28, 29, 34, 36, 37). They were set apart not merely for service, but to serve a God whose nature is utterly different from that of fallen, sinful humans. The report of how these instructions were carried out is found in Lev 8.
