OET (OET-LV)To the_place_of the_altar which he_had_made there in/on/at/with_first and_he/it_called there Abram in/on_name_of YHWH.

OET (OET-RV)to the place where he’d previously built an altar, and Abram sacrificed and prayed to Yahweh there.

uW Translation Notes:

אֶל־מְקוֹם֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ אֲשֶׁר־עָ֥שָׂה שָׁ֖ם בָּרִאשֹׁנָ֑ה

to/towards place/spot the,altar which/who he/it_had_made there in/on/at/with,first

Consider whether or not it is better in your language to begin a new sentence here. Also see how you translated altar in Gen 8:20 and 12:7-8. Alternate translation: [to the same site where he had made an altar before] or [That is the same site where he had first made an altar]

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

וַיִּקְרָ֥א שָׁ֛ם אַבְרָ֖ם בְּשֵׁ֥ם יְהוָֽה

and=he/it_called there Avram in/on=name_of YHWH

See how you translated called on the name of Yahweh in Gen 12:8. Alternate translation: [There again Abram sacrificed animals on that altar and addressed Yahweh by his name as he praised him] or [So Abram again used that altar there and praised Yahweh by name] or [… praised Yahweh]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

13:1-7 This story is set in conflict amid God’s blessings. In the opening verses, Abram returns to a place where he had built an altar. Previous events are emphasized as Abram’s return to the land is described (13:3-4); Abram renewed his worship and again proclaimed the Lord’s name (cp. 12:8).
