If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of salvation and refuge, you could express the same ideas in other ways. Alternate translation: [you have forgotten the God who saves you,and you have not remembered the rock that shelters you]

וְ⁠צ֥וּר מָעֻזֵּ֖⁠ךְ לֹ֣א זָכָ֑רְתְּ

Isaiah is speaking as if God were a rock that provides safety and shelter. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and you have not remembered the one who gives you refuge]
