Isaiah is speaking of a holy way of living as if it were a literal road, The Way of Holiness. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and one will call it the road for those who live holy lives]

יִקָּ֣רֵא לָ֔⁠הּ

he/it_will_be_called to/for=her/it

The pronoun one refers to people in general. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [they will call it]

טָמֵ֖א

unclean

Isaiah is using the adjective unclean as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [People who are unclean]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis

וְ⁠הוּא לָ֑⁠מוֹ הֹלֵ֥ךְ דֶּ֛רֶךְ

and=he [will,belong]_to_them walks_of road/way_of

Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [but it will be for those who walk on the way]

וְ⁠הָיָה־שָׁ֞ם מַסְל֣וּל וָ⁠דֶ֗רֶךְ

Some ancient manuscripts read “And a highway and a way will be there.” The ULT follows that reading. Other ancient manuscripts read “And a highway will be there.” If a translation of the Bible exists in your region, you may wish to use the reading that it uses. If a translation of the Bible does not exist in your region, you may wish to use the reading of the ULT.
