Here Yahweh is speaking of causing the oppressors to destroy one another as if he would make your oppressors eat their flesh. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And I will cause your oppressors to destroy one another]

The point of this comparison is that just as new wine makes people drunk, so the oppressors will be overwhelmed by their blood that is shed.
