UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / irony

הִתְפָּאֵ֣ר עָלַי֒

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_made YHWH according_to,word Mosheh and,died the,frogs from/more_than the,houses from/more_than the,courtyards and=from the,fields )

Moses speaks with false humility here. He is ironically pointing out Pharaoh’s powerlessness before Yahweh. Alternate translation: “You can choose”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / merism

לְךָ֗ וְלַעֲבָדֶ֨יךָ֙ וּֽלְעַמְּךָ֔ & מִמְּךָ֖ וּמִבָּתֶּ֑יךָ

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_made YHWH according_to,word Mosheh and,died the,frogs from/more_than the,houses from/more_than the,courtyards and=from the,fields )

These lists mean “for everyone” and “from everywhere” (in Egypt). This makes clear that Moses will ask for a complete end of the plague. You should translate the list in such a way that it does not convey limitation to these specifics but is understood to imply universality.
