OEB Now when David heard that Nabal was dead, he said, ‘Blessed be the Lord who has avenged the case of my insult at the hand of Nabal and has kept back his servant from evil. The evil-doing of Nabal the Lord brought back upon his own head.’ Then David sent and wooed Abigail to take her to him to be his wife.
