OET (OET-RV) Oh my down-trodden people who’ve been trampled all over.
⇔
I’ve passed on to you all what I heard from Yisrael’s god, Commander-in-chief Yahweh.

מְדֻשָׁתִ֖י וּבֶן גָּרְנִ֑י
my_threshed_one_of,my and,the_son_of my_threshing_floor_of,my
Isaiah is speaking as if his people were grain on a threshing floor. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [My people who have been crushed like grain]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
וּבֶן גָּרְנִ֑י
and,the_son_of my_threshing_floor_of,my
Isaiah is using son of as a common expression of the culture to indicate that a person has a certain characteristic. In this case, Isaiah’s people have the characteristic of belonging to his threshing floor, meaning they are his own people who have endured severe oppression similar to what happens to grain that is being threshed. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and the people of my threshing floor] or [and my severely oppressed people]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / possession
אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל
god_of Yisrael
Isaiah is not using this possessive form the God of Israel to indicate that the Israelites possess or control Yahweh. Rather Moses is using these words to indicate that Yahweh is the God whom the Israelites worship. Alternate translation: [Yahweh, the God whom Israel worships]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
