The expression you will be led is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [I will guide you]

הֶ⁠הָרִ֣ים וְ⁠הַ⁠גְּבָע֗וֹת

the,mountains and,the,hills

The terms The mountains and the hills mean similar things. Yahweh is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [The great mountains]

לִ⁠פְנֵי⁠כֶם֙

Here, your faces represents your presence. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [in your presence]

וְ⁠כָל עֲצֵ֥י הַ⁠שָּׂדֶ֖ה יִמְחֲאוּ כָֽף

and=all tree/wood_of the=field clap hands

Yahweh is speaking of all of the trees of the field as if they were living things that could clap the palm, that is, clap their hands. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and all of the trees of the field will be like people clapping their hands]
