Isaiah is speaking of the people who will inhabit Jerusalem as if they were bridegrooms marrying the city. Just as a young man marries a young woman and lives with her, so your sons will marry you and dwell in you permanently. Alternate translation: [a young man settles down permanently with a young woman, your sons will settle down and live in you]
