The word Beulah is the name given to the land of Israel that means “married.”

Isaiah is speaking of the land as if it were a woman that would be married. He means that the people will again live in the land and care for it, as a husband lives with and cares for his wife. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and your people will again live in your land and care for it]
