OET (OET-LV)Every tree not producing good fruit is_being_cut_off and is_being_thrown into fire.

OET (OET-RV)Every tree that doesn’t produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown in the fire.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / exmetaphor

πᾶν δένδρον μὴ ποιοῦν καρπὸν καλὸν ἐκκόπτεται καὶ εἰς πῦρ βάλλεται

every tree not producing fruit good /is_being/_cut_off and into fire /is_being/_cast

Here Jesus continues to speak of people as if they were plants that produced fruit. Express the idea as you did in the previous verses 7:17–18. Alternate translation: “Every tree not producing good fruit is cut down and thrown into a fire. Similarly, every person who does not do what is right is judged and punished”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

πᾶν δένδρον μὴ ποιοῦν καρπὸν καλὸν ἐκκόπτεται καὶ εἰς πῦρ βάλλεται

every tree not producing fruit good /is_being/_cut_off and into fire /is_being/_cast

If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who did the action, you could use an indefinite subject. Alternate translation: “They cut down every tree not producing good fruit and throw it into a fire”

Note 3 topic: grammar-collectivenouns

καρπὸν καλὸν

fruit good

In this verse, the word fruit is singular in form, but it refers to many fruits as a group. If it would be helpful in your language, you could say this plainly. Alternate translation: “good fruits”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

7:13-27 The Sermon on the Mount closes with a call to decide about Jesus and his teaching (see 4:23; 9:35). Those who hear Jesus’ message regarding the Kingdom must follow him to obtain eternal life or disown him and experience God’s condemnation. There is no middle way (Deut 30:15-20; Ps 1; Prov 12:28; Jer 21:8).
