Amnon is not telling Tamar to Come somewhere. She is already in his room. He is saying Come to mean that he wants her to take action. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. You could also use plain language. Alternate translation: [Come on, lie with me]

In this context, Amnon may be using the word sister not to describe a kinship relationship but as a term of endearment, as in [Song of Songs 4:9](../../sng/04/09.md) and several other places in that book.
