shout_aloud (Some words not found in UHB: shout_aloud and,cry_out inhabitant Tsiyyōn/(Zion) that/for/because/then/when great in,midst_of,your holy_of Yisrael )
The terms Cry aloud and shout joyfully mean similar things. Isaiah is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [Shout for joy]

יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת צִיּ֑וֹן
(Some words not found in UHB: shout_aloud and,cry_out inhabitant Tsiyyōn/(Zion) that/for/because/then/when great in,midst_of,your holy_of Yisrael )
In this verse, the word dweller is singular in form, but it refers to all the inhabitants of Zion as a group. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use the plural form of “dweller.” Alternate translation: [inhabitants of Zion]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj
קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל
holy_of (Some words not found in UHB: shout_aloud and,cry_out inhabitant Tsiyyōn/(Zion) that/for/because/then/when great in,midst_of,your holy_of Yisrael )
Isaiah is using the adjective Holy as a noun to refer to God. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [the holy God of Israel]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
