uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / 123person

תְּרִיבֶ֑נָּה הָגָ֛ה

you,will_conduct_a_case_with_it removed

Even though Isaiah is addressing Yahweh directly as you, he then refers to him in the third person as He. This is a shift in person that is common in prophetic poetry. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a consistent person throughout the verse. Alternate translation: [he contended with her. He removed her]

Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns

תְּרִיבֶ֑נָּה

you,will_conduct_a_case_with_it

The pronoun you refers to Yahweh. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [Yahweh contended with her]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

הָגָ֛ה בְּרוּח֥וֹ הַקָּשָׁ֖ה בְּי֥וֹם קָדִֽים

removed by,wind_of,his (the),fierce in/on=day east_wind

Here Isaiah is speaking as if Yahweh’s judgment of sending Israel into exile were a harsh wind that blows things away. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [He drove her away harshly with his fierce judgment] or [He blew her off the land as if he were a wind storm]
