The expression will be thrown out is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [No one will bury their slain]

Isaiah is using the adjective slain as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [And their slain ones]

The expression will be melted is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and their blood will melt the mountains]

Isaiah says the mountains will be melted with their blood as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [and so much blood will flow that even the mountains will be covered with it]
