Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [And thorns will come up in her palaces, and the nettle and the thornbush will come up in her fortifications]

The pronoun her refers to Edom. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [in Edom’s palaces … in Edom’s fortifications]

The nettle and the thornbush are kinds of thorny plants. If your readers would not be familiar with what they are, you could use the names of similar plants that your readers would recognize, or you could use a more general term. Alternate translation: [thorny weeds and thornbushes]

Isaiah is speaking of the ruined land of Edom as if it were a habitation of jackals, a place fit only for wild animals to live. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and jackals will make their homes there]

The jackals are a kind of wild animal, similar to a small wolf. If your readers would not be familiar with what jackals are, you could use the name of a similar animal that your readers would recognize, or you could use a more general term. Alternate translation: [wild dogs]

לִ⁠בְנ֥וֹת יַעֲנָֽה

for,daughters_of ostrich

Isaiah is using the daughters of the ostrich as a common expression of the culture to mean “ostriches.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for ostriches]
