The phrases the dividers of the heavens and the seers of the stars describe astrologers, people who studied the sky and the stars in order to predict future events. If your readers would not be familiar with what these are, you could use the name of a similar kind of person that your readers would recognize, or you could use a more general term. Alternate translation: [the astrologers, the stargazers]
